Terms of Service(s) - attached addendum - 02/19/2025

Due to various legal battles that we did not engage in, litigate or even show up to court in foreign countries due to sovereign wealth funds and potentially unstable government and therefore respective countries legal framework being about to be overthrown by some sort of ideological rebellion of sorts that leads to literally destruction of associated 'assets', we felt, at times, our obligation to a portion of our shareholders and steakholders to update, in real terms, our actual terms of use and conditions.

As an organization 'The Grandparent Rights Team' - a.k.a. - 'GRA' has several versions of privacy policy, pricing, membership guidelines, both successful and failed partnerships and affiliates, content pieces formed by both former or current employees or associates, articles written about or on behalf of organization, reviews, comments, etc. etc. etc. that successfully attributing any content - written, oral or picture, or otherwise, is virtually impossible nowadays and with advances in digital prowess and various overwriting of digital signatures, etc. somewhat perplexing, to say the least...

With that said, our meager 'fair use' process is applicable for some of our 'pictoral content' (as we "GRA" maintain appropriate oversight and 'control' of our brands, both locally, nationally and internationally). 

There are a few pictures OF someone else's legal documentation found on a few of our pages.   The documentation is NOT, in any way, used to earn net revenues, simply used as a critique and examples of what some attorneys in respective geographies believe to be used as legal documentation.  Some of these examples of attorney's work have even been 'used' in actual court cases in the U.S. - However, we ( GRA) do not, in any way, use these documents in any of our guidebooks, distributed content or by any of our affiliates, employees or voice applications...) - hence according to the 'fair use' doctrine of the U.S. legal code system, we are 100% free of any legal association with these attorneys and furthermore, also recently honored the request of one of our former affiliates to remove all content from websites, emails and affiliate links.)  [very interesting sidenote:  there are 'Rocket' gas stations located all throughout Southern California and, believe it or not, a few shops, with the word 'Rocket' in them...all throughout the U.S. and even, globally?
